The Youth Village Project, adds 18 4-student dormitory units to the next door Youth Science village, which includes the existing Breter/Belmonte Laboratories and the Meyerhoff Youth Science Center,

The  separate buildings surround a single courtyard, onto which the building opens with educational and social facilities. The building includes a dining room, kitchen, a club, and laundry that complement the dormitory functions.
